A Strange Sort of Thing.

Today is Wednesday October 16th,

and for the some reason I find myself up at 5:48 a.m. typing. I'm not sure what I will be typing about today, or why I all of a sudden felt the need to. But here I am, and here it goes. I suppose I never really understood how much of an escape writing could be. Whether you're having a great day or one of those days that you want to stick your head in a pile of sand, writing can subdue any fear or anxiety that you might have. I have had two, count them TWO, blogs for over a year now and have not utilized them. I couldn't figure out why I had them for so long without any results, and it was starting to bother me. I soon realized (actually in the dream I just had) that I was scared of what people might think of them. Are they pointless? Where is the real subject matter? The truth is my blogs are no cookie cutter idea. I don't have one for baking, one for sewing, and one about my political standpoint. I don't even have one that explores and shares my interests with you. I just like to write. So here on out, I am going to try my very best to get something down on this "paper". Whether it be my disgust in the current weather conditions or some random topic that just came off the cap of my head. It needs to be written down. Then came the "followers". I would think to myself how I have no followers. However, I'm not in this for the glory. Blogs are meant to be an outlet for people (public or not) not a popularity contest. I congratulate those who have hundreds, thousands, or even millions of followers! That is quite an achievement! Do I ever think that I will reach that kind of popularity, no. But that's only because I write about what's going through my head. I don't have a team telling me what to write about, or what this weeks topic is. I have myself, my laptop (which is getting old), and my thoughts. So for everyday now on, I will write something in my blog. I'm not afraid to share life experiences or what I've been through, or what messed up thought is bouncing around in my head. This is my blog. And this is me.

Mobile Blogger!

Me in my Gaga Sunglasses
Today is May 22, 2012 and I believe that I just set up my Mobile Blogger correctly! However, I'm not too sure about placing photos where I want them in the post, but hey, beggars can't choose! I wasn't sure if the whole "Mobile Blogging" thing would really affect me, but sure enough it did! I'm out doing some errands and before you know it, it hit me! I was observing a Mother and Father having a picnic on a blanket at one of the local parks. I get an amazing idea for a topic. I told myself that I had to blog about it, or at least write it down. Well, of course I'm driving and I wasn't too sure how to get to Blogger let alone make a new post even though I have a Blackberry. See, I depend on apps A LOT! And naturally, I have NOTHING to write this stupendous and colossal idea down on.  I decided that it must be done, if I was going to remember this idea, I just had to man up and do it. I had no other choice...

Today is, Sunday August 19, 2012!

OK, so I'm quite new to the whole "blogging world", as if it wasn't apparent already. I am also on WordPress, and I decided that with this blog, I would search (on Google of course!) for a picture from the day that I am posting about. Today's post is just a random one to get the ball rolling. It will also be a very eclectic blog. I'm not one to focus on one topic, there's so much out in the world to talk about! Until next time, I bid you adieu...

Decisions.

So many choices in life, which do we choose?

Today is, Monday May 14th, 2012. At least technically it is, I’m still on Sunday’s time. It’s almost 4AM but I could not sleep. There was only one topic running circles in my mind, decisions. If you were to really stop and think about how many decisions you make throughout one day, you might just shock yourself! I suppose that we could also call them choices, I mean they have everything to do with our own freewill. When I first began to ponder into this thought, I had low expectations. I believed that there were not as many choice-making situations in my day, than there really were. So I challenged myself, like everyone should do constantly, to lead a “normal” (whatever that means) day. However, during this day, I would have to remember or record every choice or decision that I had had to make. Then at the end of my day, I would examine the results (choices made) and draw some sort of conclusion from them.
Personally, I believe that choices form out lives and the course that our lives take. They (choices) can be what make you mad, they can be what make you happy, they can even make you vengeful (among other things). Although we sometimes make the wrong decision, redemption is never hiding from us. It is always lerking around. So go out in the world, try and remember to make the best choices and most importantly, HAVE FUN!

The World Premiere

Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh
Today is May 9, 2012...Well here it is folks! This is the world premiere of my Blogger blog! I suppose that there is not much to say yet. However, I did have an idea to share a picture from the day in which I am making a post about. And todayQueen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh proceeded through the Royal Gallery in the Palace of Westminster during the State Opening of Parliament in London. Queen Elizabeth II unveiled the coalition government’s legislative program in a speech delivered to Members of Parliament and peers in The House of Lords.
